Printer Font Problems for Vintners Advantage & UniVerse Users

Many of our customers have been calling the help desk to complain about reports suddenly printing with the wrong font. We determined that this happened after installing Microsoft updates. Microsoft no longer recognizes printer separator pages unless they are in a specific folder. Many of our Vintners Advantage users may have their separator pages in d:\usr\Vintners Advantage\Separator Page. UniVerse users utilizing separator pages may also experience this problem.
Please be advised that after installing the latest updates you will need to move your separator pages to: C:\WINDOWS\System32. Then you will need to update your printer settings to locate the separator page from this directory path.
