Modular Information Systems, www.modularinfosystems.com, with an established track record in Winery Management Software innovation has acquired Bottlesoft, Inc. as of November 9th, 2009.
The recent agreement is part of Modular’s aggressive business strategy offering comprehensive and readily scalable software solutions to the competitive Wine and Spirits Industry.
Bottlesoft’s Premier Series has been providing Wine and Spirits producers with an affordable solution that integrates bottling, purchasing, order processing, sales analysis, inventory management, accounting, financial management, and more, into one easy-to-use package.
