Help Desk Ticket Updates - New Functionality

As of July 30th, when a Help Desk Ticket is closed, the help desk requestee will receive an email notifying the requestee that the ticket is closed. The email will include the details of how the ticket was resolved. This will only occur for help desk tickets where the email address of the requestee is available to Modular Information Systems.
