As winemakers, production staff, and other end users make suggestions, they are recorded in our development database. The input is consolidated, and the modifications or enhancements deemed to have merit are included in the next release. Our Help Desk is a key source of input to the development team.

The annual maintenance fee provides technical support on the Vintners Advantage Software, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. We guarantee a 2 to 4 hour response time. It also includes software corrections, software updates, and software upgrades. Modem or network access is required. During crush season we offer a 7 days per week, 24 hour coverage with the same 2 to 4 hour response guarantee.

Yes. As indicated above, we segregate the custom software screens, programs and reports from the base product. When a release is rolled out, the customer is sent a release letter indicating the new features, enhancements, or corrections. If one of the programs affected is custom, the customer has the choice to retain their original program, integrate the new changes into their custom program, or to take the newly released program.

We also allow the customer to try out the new software release in a test account, and if satisfied, then upgrade the Master copy of the Vintners Advantage Software.
