The 702 reports that are being prepared for the Vintage software rely upon the accuracy of the data in Inventory transactions. Proper review of transactions, monthly inventory counts, review of the cellar work order operation codes will eliminate data errors. Top

Tax classes are associated with each tank of wine. Tanks can be reclassified into a new Tax Class. Top

The Compliance tracking complies with Government requirements, both State and Federal. Each work order has an operation code that is mapped to the 702 TTB form. Each tank has a before and after tax class. Every casegoods inventory transaction affects the 702 inventories. This is accomplished through the use of Operation codes and tax classes on work orders and inventory transactions. Each Operation code contains special Form 702 coding. In conjunction with these, a series of Tax Class codes when the wine is produced. Top
