System has full operational cost tracking.
Costs can be added against any operation code as either fixed or variable. User can assign fixed and variable costs to all nominated operation codes.
Costs can also be added for additives, storage costs are available for both barrels and tanks. Effectivity dates are supported for cost rate changes.
Grape/Purchase costs are added based on the actual cost of the Grape Receipts. Grape Receipts can be priced at a price per grower per variety or can be assigned based on chemistry values at receipt time. Grape prices can be recalculated after harvest for up to one year.
System allows for change of costs and recalculation of tank and barrel costs.
User can override the cost of an individual grape receipt at any time and recalculate the tank costs. Grape receipts are linked to operation work ordres and as a result, the costs are apportioned to the tanks.
Grower Payments can be calculated and the user can choose the payment terms, i.e., could pay 100% of total or could be paid in more than one payment 50% now and 50% later.
